Booking and Payment

Reservation Process

Bookings for adventure packages including the Fjord Kayak Discovery, Nordic Trail Running Pack, and Coastal Cycling Adventure are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Drillingsafe and completion of any required payment. Inquiry submissions through our contact form constitute expressions of interest and do not guarantee availability until confirmed.

Pricing

All prices displayed on drillingsafe.world are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future bookings. Confirmed bookings are honored at the price quoted at the time of confirmation.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are communicated in your booking confirmation. Payment must be received by the deadline specified in the confirmation. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without refund of any partial payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants in Drillingsafe active recreation programs are responsible for:

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and refund terms for active recreation program bookings are detailed in our Return Policy at return.html. By booking any Drillingsafe service, you acknowledge and accept those terms. Drillingsafe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to severe weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, participants receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling at their choice.

Assumption of Risk

Active recreation programs involve inherent risks associated with outdoor physical activity, including uneven terrain, variable weather, water exposure, and physical exertion. By participating in any Drillingsafe program, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you participate voluntarily. Our instructors implement safety protocols, but complete elimination of risk is not possible in outdoor recreation settings.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Drillingsafe liability for damages arising from program participation is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from participant failure to follow safety instructions, inaccurate health disclosures, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
